It covers not only the practical skills required by any safety investigator in order to perform effective investigations, but also covers how the investigation process integrates into their organisation's procedures. The workshops includes a number of practical tools and techniques that a safety investigator can use at various stages of the investigation process, which are designed to make the investigation process simpler, meaning they have more time available to spend actually identifying organisational issues which require improvement.

How is the course delivered?
The Workshops are designed around the following two sessions, which can be tailored around your organisation to suit:
- Session 1: Compliance post holder online session - To tailor the course content to the needs of their safety investigation team and to customise content to cover the company's investigation processes
- Session 2: Face to face 2-day training workshop with safety investigators
- Session 3 (Optional) - On site safety investigator competency assessment
After the training workshops, we remain in contact with your organisation to check on how the implementation is working, and to make any changes to the tool, based on your organisations feedback
What does this course cost?
We charge a fixed price for this course delivery, which covers up to 15 people per course. We don't charge any extra for printing, travel or accommodation expenses*, meaning the price you see is what you pay.
