We set up Grace Safety & Compliance Ltd to provide organisations like yours with additional aviation support to help them with whatever safety or compliance challenges they may be facing. Think of us as extra horsepower for your team, to help you with specific compliance issues or projects while the rest of your team gets on with the day job of their specific safety/compliance roles.
Since starting in 2015, we've helped dozens of organisations by providing regulatory aviation training, compliance audits, procedure and exposition writing, safety investigations and temporary Form 4 Post Holder roles.
What we've learned from this experience, and from 25 years working in aircraft maintenance organisations is that every organisation is different, while at the same time, organisations are experiencing similar problems and issues.
As a result, rather than offer a 'one size fits all' product, we've been able to develop solutions to these common problems and issues that can be customised to fit your organisation, making our training much more effective in its intended purpose... improving your staff competency within your organisation.
