What does the workshop cover?
Having found that many organisations are experiencing difficulties when identifying root cause, we decided to do something about it. We developed our own unique Root Cause Toolbox to help managers work through any given finding and quickly and effectively identify what they can change to address the problem. Having designed the tool, we then designed this series of workshops to help you customise the tool to fit your existing processes and then to work with your management team to help implement it into your organisation effectively.

How is the Workshop delivered?

- Session 3: Managers introduction to Root Cause Toolbox and guidance on how to use it
